What began as 12 seats and a handful of waffle recipes has grown into one of the UK's most beloved dessert brands, with over 40 locations from Edinburgh to Bristol. Each venue carries the same spirit as that first café — a genuine love for the craft and an unwavering commitment to making every guest feel indulged.
Today, our team of over 800 passionate people bake, scoop, and create from scratch every single day. We source the finest ingredients — Sicilian pistachios for our gelato, ceremonial-grade matcha from Kyoto, and locally farmed dairy for our whipped creams — because we believe great desserts start with great ingredients.
